I’m not a cooking expert and so far I’ve had make very few (just 2 – 3 recopies) but all with success. The soya curry made by my wife is not up to my expected my tasty standard and it is having just a spongy taste of soya for years !!
I surf for good recipe for soya meat curry and this site is very informative and clearly explained with step by step color photos for beginners. I made soya meat curry first time today with great taste I’ve ever expected. No more mistakes made during the venture as your explanation is fantastic with temperature controlling advices (high flame cook, low flame/slow cook as which is also the one of the secret of cooking, i believe!).
