How to Make Apple Toffee Candy

Ingredients
  • Full cream milk powder – 400g
  • Sugar – 250g
  • Butter – 2 tablespoons
  • Grated coconut – 6 tablespoons
  • Water – 12 tablespoons
  • Ground cardamom – 1 ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tablespoon
  • Food coloring – 1 teaspoon
  • Cloves – 100
Notes

1. Don’t boil sugar and water for so long.
2. Make the tiny balls while the dough is hot. If not, the dough turns to hard like a rock.
3. You can use any color of food coloring.

Instructions

1. Get ready with full cream powder, sugar, butter, grated coconut, water, ground cardamom, vanilla extract, food coloring, and cloves.

2. Add full cream milk powder and grated coconut in a large bowl. Mix them well.

3. Place a large skillet in a stove and switch on the flame. Add sugar and water. Boil them until all the sugar dissolves and white bubbles come out as shown in the picture below. Stir occasionally.

4. Add butter and stir frequently under high flame for about 30 seconds or all the butter dissolves well enough.
