Simple Cabbage Potato Curry Recipe

Ingredients
  • Cabbage – 1kg
  • Potato – 250g
  • Onion – 150g
  • Green chili – 3 or 4
  • Curry leaves – Few
  • Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – As you want
  • Thick coconut milk – 250ml
  • Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Notes

1. I instantly made coconut milk. If it is hard to find grated coconut use coconut milk powder or bottled coconut milk.

Instructions

1. Rinse the cabbage and shred it into tiny pieces. Also, peel off the potato skin and cut it into small pieces as shown in the picture below. Additionally, chop the onion and green chili. Besides, prepare the coconut milk and get ready with curry leaves, turmeric powder, and salt.

2. Now, place a large skillet on the stove and put the cabbage in it. On top of that, add potato, onion, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and cooking oil.

3. Give a good mix and switch on the flame. Cook covered under high flame for 7 minutes.
