Vanilla Butter Cake Recipe without Milk
Ingredients
- Butter – 500g
- All purpose flour – 500g
- Granulated sugar – 500g
- Egg – 10
- Vanilla extract – 25ml
- Baking powder – 2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Get ready with butter, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, eggs, vanilla extract, and baking powder.
2. Now, take a large bowl and add butter and granulated sugar as shown in the picture below. Beat them for 10 minutes.
3. Then add the eggs one by one. Beat the batter at least 1 to 2 minutes in between every egg.
4. After you are done with all the eggs add vanilla extract and beat the batter for 3 minutes.
5. Mix baking powder and all purpose flour together.
6. Add the baking powder mixed flour little by little.
7. While you are adding the flour, mix them well using your hand as shown in the picture below.
8. Grease the butter to the cake pans and dust with a little flour. Now, pour the cake batter into the pan.
9. Preheat the oven and place the cake pan inside the oven carefully.
10. Set the temperature to 175 degree Celsius and the time to 60 minutes.
11. You may need to keep on eye every 15 minutes to avoid burning. This is how your cake looks like after 30 minutes.
