Hi Rocy,
I always check your authentic recipes, as I grew up in Europe, I have only been able to cook flavourless food, until I stumbled on your quick and easy yet flavoursome dishes. I have tried so many (drumsticks, dahl my fave, chicken, fish, mutton, rasam, beans curry, carrot salad etc…) all spotlessly written, easy to follow, simple and uniquely tasty. I am fond of all those I tried so far and will slowly add to my repertoire. Thank you x
