Fresh Fruit Salad without Honey

Fresh Fruit Salad Recipe (Tropical Fruits)

Ingredients
  • Banana – 300g
  • Wood apple – 500g
  • Papaya – 500g
  • Mango – 500g
  • Raisins – 50g
  • Roasted cashew nuts – 75g
  • Rose essence – ½ teaspoon
  • Milk powder – 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar – 5 tablespoons
Notes

1. You can add or remove any tropical fruits. These four fruits make the fruit salad tastier though.
2. You can increase or reduce the milk powder and sugar as you want.
3. You can add any other nuts instead of cashew nuts.

Instructions

1. Take the banana, wood apple, papaya, and mango.

2. Peel off the skin and cut them into medium-sized pieces as shown in the picture below. Also, break the shell of wood apples and remove the flesh.

3. Get ready with raisins, roasted cashew nuts, milk powder, sugar, and rose essence.

4. Take a large bowl and add all the fruits.

5. On top of that add roasted cashew nuts and raisins.

6. Now add milk powder, sugar, and rose essence. I used Anchor milk powder.

7. Using a spoon mix everything until totally combined. Adjust milk powder and/or sugar if needed. Refrigerate the fruit salad at least one hour before serving.
