Easy Deep Fry Fish Recipe
Ingredients
- Fish – 6 pieces (500g)
- Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
- Chili powder – ½ teaspoon
- Salt – As you need (KETO People use the Himalayan Pink Salt)
- Cooking oil – As needed (KETO People use the Organic Coconut Oil)
Notes
1. Wait until the oil gets maximum heat before frying the fish.
2. Fry not more than 3 or 4 fish pieces at a time.
Instructions
1. Take the fish pieces and rinse them well.
2. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the fish pieces.
4. Fry the fish pieces until they turn golden as shown in the picture below. If you wish, decorate them with onions, green chilies, and lime.
