Simple Deep Fry Fish Recipe without Egg, Flour, Breading (KETO)

A few months ago I have posted a whole fish fry recipe that went viral. So, this time I am going to show you another way to deep fry the fish.

In Sri Lanka, people prepare a variety of dishes using fish. This deep fry fish is one of the famous recipes among them.

Since it is easy and tasty, people make this recipe very often. Moreover, it is one of the best ways to cook fish for your kids.

Alright, without further ado let’s jump into the main subject. Here is the quick way to make a deep fry fish recipe without eggs or flour.

1. This Recipe + Rice + Fish Curry + Spinach Curry
2. This Recipe + Puttu + Fish Curry + Dhal Curry
3. This Recipe + String Hoppers + Fish Sodhi + Coconut Sambol

Easy Deep Fry Fish Recipe

Ingredients
  • Fish – 6 pieces (500g)
  • Turmeric powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Chili powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – As you need (KETO People use the Himalayan Pink Salt)
  • Cooking oil – As needed (KETO People use the Organic Coconut Oil)
Notes

1. Wait until the oil gets maximum heat before frying the fish.
2. Fry not more than 3 or 4 fish pieces at a time.

Instructions

1. Take the fish pieces and rinse them well.

2. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
