Easy Carrot Tomato Onion Salad
Ingredients
- Carrot – 150g
- Tomato – 75g
- Onion – 50g
- Green chili – 2 or 3
- Grated coconut – 2 tablespoons
- Crushed black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Lime – ½
- Salt – As you need
Notes
1. If it is hard to find grated coconut you can avoid it. Adding grated coconut gives a good taste though.
2. If you don’t like more spiciness reduce the number of green chilies and/or quantity of crushed black pepper.
Instructions
1. Clean and grate the carrot as shown in the picture below.
2. Get ready with grated coconut, salt, crushed black pepper, and lime.
3. Also, chop the onion, green chili, and tomato as shown in the picture below.
4. Take a bowl and add carrot, tomato, onion, green chili, grated coconut, black pepper, and salt. On top of that squeeze the lime. Mix everything well until all combined.
